Basic Integration – This program is ideal for the self-sufficient athletes seeking a structured training plan and basic coaching support only addressing basic elements of our pillars for performance like the periodization training plan and basic coach interaction/communication. This enables the athlete the flexibility to adjust the structure of the program in a personal way and get other services on a “as need it” basis. Available as Pro Membership.

  • An athlete seeking a personalized program addressing needs, goals and limitations.
  • Self-sufficient type of athlete who wants a program without too much hand-holding.
  • An athlete who doesn’t needs constant of coaching interaction or communication, doesn’t need training modifications, specific advise like race planning, pacing plans and may only require certain biomechanical or nutrition analysis on a “as need it” basis.
  • Use our multi-media database like webinars, videos, guides, etc. to adjust your program.

Performance Integration This program is ideal for the athletes seeking to take their performance to the next level with dynamic approach addressing most important elements of our pillars for performance as well as periodic coach interaction and communication.  We directly address key elements like the periodization training plan, A race pacing & fueling plan and functional strength assessment. Also, the program is Bi-weekly delivered including a check in with your coach to review your training progress and use it to develop the next training block while considering any unexpected life issues like travel, family, races, weather, and sickness.

For any question or items beyond your coach experience, Head Coach Jorge Martinez is available to address it and offer thorough advice. Available as Pro Membership.

In this program we fully address all 5 pillars for performance and provide continuous thorough coaching interaction, communication while addressing your busy life schedule striking the best balance.

In other words, we address every important element for peak performance in your program through the periodization season program, nutrition (every day and training), pacing and fueling plans for main events, functional assessments, biomechanical analysis, performance modeling analysis and the regular communication.

The program is weekly delivered including communication with your coach to review your training progress and use it to develop the next training block while considering any unexpected life issues like travel, family, races, weather, and sickness. What is the PRO membership?

All of  our services are available as a PRO membership which requires a 12-month coaching commitment. This allows us to offer a lower rate resulting in big annual savings -AND- the long term commitment allow us to maximize the athlete’s fitness gains, performances and racing success.

Which one should I pick Regular vs. PRO membership?

Regular Programs are Suitable for:

  • Athletes with limited training time until main event (i.e. A race is 5 months away) or only want support for an specific period.

Pro Membership Programs are Suitable for:

  • For the athletes that triathlon is their lifestyle
  • For athletes with specific long term goals (i.e. Finishing your 1st half ironman this season and your 1st Ironman the next season)
  • Athletes who have grand performance goals and competing demands. (i.e. Qualifying for a World Championship like Kona or 70.3 in 1st season and prepare to compete at the championship on the 2nd season
  • For developing elite athletes
