Our personalized training camps will help you develop sport-specific skills, improve efficiency, further your triathlon knowledge and maximize your performance. We offer a team environment offered under our coaching principles and with our coaches support.

2019 camp locations – The Woodlands, TX – Tucson, Arizona – Waterville, NH –

We offer 2 types of camps:

  • All Levels –  as the name implies is for Age Groupers from all levels from beginners to AG Elite. This type of camp aims specifically to improve sport specific skills (i.e. swim technique), develop fitness, and optimize your performance
  • AG Performance/Elite –  this type of camp is recommended for AGers competing at top of the ranks and it aims to maximize fitness gains, skills developemtn and achieve peak performance.

The Woodlands, TX BASE CAMP will focus on fitness development and performance analysis/testing such as: Stroke Video Analysis, Stroke Per Minute Test, Bike Speed Optimization, Sweat & Electrolyte loss test (for fueling plan), Gait Video Analysis and more! This will allow you to set enhance your skills across all 3 sports. It is ideal for athletes with early season races in March, April, May, and June

The Tucson, AZ Performance Camp will focus on maximizing your early season fitness gains. It is ideal for athletes with early season races in April, May, June, and July

The Waterville Valley, NH Season Primer Camp will focus on enhancing your racing season fitness and sharpen your sport-specific skills. It is ideal for athletes with early season races in May, June, July and August
