For self-coached athletes, this program is a game-changer. It offers the opportunity to learn how to structure training programs more effectively and enhance performance by focusing on key elements such as program structure, periodization, intensity control & modulation, progressive load, and more.

Our initial 3-hour assessment, conducted via a Zoom call, is a comprehensive dive into your athletic journey. We discuss your specific goals, past training, limitations, and more. Before the call, we meticulously analyze various materials, including training file analysis and metabolic/field testing, past results, etc., ensuring a thorough understanding of your needs and potential.

Thereafter, we connect via Zoom call every ~ six weeks to review the program, exchange feedback, discuss future training blocks, determine training targets, upcoming events, and more.

Suitable for:
  • For self-coached athletes who need general feedback and direction on their current training program. We help you identify needs/limitations based on your goals via performance and physiological or field testing.

  • This is for athletes who completed a metabolic or field test and want to help interpret and apply the data to their training program.

  • For athletes who enjoy taking care of the day-to-day training planning and decision-making but need an extra set of eyes evaluating progression and offer a different outlook.
The Consulting Coaching:
  • Initial 3-4 hour Onboard Zoom Call. Before the call, together, we’ll define the agenda to address the most important things relevant to your needs/goals/limitations. We may plan metabolic/field testing ahead of this meeting to have current fitness benchmarks for a more thorough assessment. Also ahead of time, we’ll do a detail analysis of materials submitted, including training files (via training peaks or other online platforms), metabolic/field testing, pasta results, goals, limitations, etc.

  • Ongoing Zoom call every ~6-8 weeks to review the previous training block and discuss targets/goals for the next block.

  • Video recording of every Zoom call for your reference

Pre-consultation Data Analysis plus Initial Onboard 3-4 hour Zoom meeting – $475.

Ongoing consultation every 4-8 weeks – $150 per hour
